JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in daily HR operations, including employee records, attendance, leave administration and HR documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview arrangements and onboarding.
• Assist in manpower planning and recruitment for HQ and project/site operations.
• Handle employee enquiries, staff welfare and general employee relations matters.
• Assist in payroll preparation and monthly salary administration.
• Process and monitor statutory contributions, including KWSP, PERKESO and EIS.
• Coordinate staff training, employee engagement and company activities.
• Assist in monitoring employee attendance, leave records and performance appraisal documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, letters, memos and other official HR correspondence.
• Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and Malaysian Labour Laws.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in Human Resource or related fields. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws and statutory requirements.
• Familiarity with HR administration, recruitment and payroll processes.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
