Job Scope

• Support the planning, implementation and daily operations of the Medical 3D Printing (3DP) Centre.

• Coordinate projects and operational initiatives across clinical services.

• Work closely with clinical leaders, internal departments, partner institutions and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective service delivery models.

• Coordinate operational workflows, system integration, procurement and infrastructure readiness.

• Monitor financial performance, resource utilisation and operational efficiency.

• Identify opportunities for workflow improvements, service expansion and process optimisation.

• Support change management initiatives to enhance patient experience and service delivery.

• Assist in ensuring operational processes meet departmental standards and requirements.

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant fields.

• Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and work with different teams.
