Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and email enquiries from customers.
Assist customers with insurance policy, premium payment, renewal, and claims enquiries.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
Follow up on outstanding enquiries and liaise with relevant departments when necessary.
Ensure good customer service and comply with company procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
BCP and PGI certificates are advantageous.
