Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and organised Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations, lead the team and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic Microsoft Excel knowledge and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Able to communicate in basic English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

• F&B experience is an advantage.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Responsible, organised and able to lead a team.

• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Supervise and coordinate daily front desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Lead and guide front desk staff in handling customers and daily tasks.

• Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional customer service.

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional manner.

• Monitor staff performance, work schedules and task assignments.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Maintain proper records and assist with basic administrative work using Microsoft Excel.

• Ensure the front desk and customer areas are clean, organised and presentable.

• Support the team in maintaining service quality, especially during busy periods.
