We're Hiring | Database Administrator (Oracle)

I'm looking to connect with database professionals who enjoy working with enterprise database environments, improving system reliability, and solving complex technical challenges.

The role involves:

• Managing and maintaining Oracle database environments, including monitoring, backup and recovery, and performance tuning.
• Supporting high availability and replication technologies such as Oracle RAC, GoldenGate, and SharePlex.
• Improving database operations through scripting, automation, and process enhancements.
• Working with cross-functional teams on technical projects, system upgrades, and enhancements.
• Maintaining database security, standards, and operational reliability.

What we're looking for:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Oracle Database administration experience.
• Experience with Oracle RAC, GoldenGate, and SharePlex.
• Good knowledge of database performance tuning, disaster recovery, and backup and recovery.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation.
• Comfortable participating in a 24/7 support roster.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Always On Availability Groups, or MySQL would be a plus.
