Salt Talent is looking for a Sales Strategy Manager for a 12 months extendable contract role.

What will you do:

• GTM program execution: Run repeatable programs that create demand and accelerate adoption across the SASE portfolio, including new customer acquisition, platform consolidation, cross sell, upsell, migration and renewal motions.
• Market prioritisation: Use market, installed base, whitespace, competitive and pipeline data to identify high propensity accounts, priority use cases, industries and routes to market across JAPAC.
• Cross functional coordination: Work across Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions Consulting, Channel, Customer Success, Finance and Operations to remove execution barriers and deliver coordinated regional programs.
• Operational excellence and AI: Use automation and AI enabled workflows to improve account research, program execution, content creation, pipeline hygiene, reporting and the speed of decision making.
• New Feature Launches: Orchestrate field enablement, marketing campaigns and formulate offers for new feature launches in SCM.

What Will You Need:

• 5+ years of GTM Strategy, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations or equivalent experience
• Cybersecurity Industry experience, especially in Network Security is preferred but not required
• Leadership: Proven ability to influence sales teams and coordinate complex projects without direct authority in a highly matrixed organisation.
• Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and Execution: Experience in developing and executing GTM strategies for high-priority products, including market analysis, product positioning, and customer engagement
• Excellent Communication: Ability to convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Enablement Engine: Ability to run broad enablement for large audiences on new product features and GTM motions.
• Technical Brilliance: High familiarity with Gemini, NotebookLLM, BigQuery, SalesForce, Looker Studio, Google Apps for Work
