Minimum Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement or a related field.

Relevant working experience in the furniture industry, sourcing or procurement is preferred.

Candidates with existing furniture factory contacts and supplier networks will have an added advantage.

Good command of Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, to communicate with suppliers, factories and customers.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Resourceful, adaptable and able to solve problems effectively.

Able to work independently, multitask and manage tasks efficiently.

Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented.

Willing to travel for business, conduct factory visits and perform fieldwork when required.

Source furniture products, develop new suppliers and identify suitable factory resources.

Conduct product sourcing activities, including quotation preparation and sample coordination.

Follow up on purchase orders, production schedules and shipment arrangements.

Liaise with suppliers, factories, customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while continuously developing new factory networks.

Support negotiations on product pricing, specifications and lead times.

Coordinate with operations and logistics teams regarding shipment arrangements and delivery updates.

Monitor order progress and resolve sourcing, production or delivery issues promptly.

Optimise procurement processes and improve sourcing efficiency.

Handle customer enquiries, complaints and after-sales support professionally.

Maintain accurate procurement documentation and update records in the order management system.

Support daily sourcing, purchasing and supply chain activities assigned by management.
