Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Automation Testers to join our Digital Core Solutions team. The successful candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated and manual test cases to ensure software quality, functionality, and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to validate application features, identify defects, and improve test automation efficiency across the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for API, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Execute manual and automated test cases in System Integration Testing (SIT) environments.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test specifications, test cases, and regression test suites based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse business requirements, user stories, and use cases to identify testing scenarios and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Perform API testing to improve testing efficiency and validate application functionality.
• Utilise automation testing tools such as Katalon, Selenium, or equivalent frameworks.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support test execution using tools such as Jenkins.
• Identify, document, analyse, and track defects using Jira or similar defect management tools.
• Prepare and maintain test data, test documentation, and traceability records.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve test automation frameworks and testing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other team members during Agile ceremonies and project discussions.
• Provide testing estimates, assess the technical feasibility of automation solutions, and recommend process improvements.
• Communicate testing progress, defects, risks, and recommendations clearly to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation.
• Hands-on experience in functional, integration, and end-to-end testing within SIT environments.
• Proficiency in test automation tools such as Katalon, Selenium, or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience in API testing and automation scripting.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and management tools such as Jira.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test integration tools such as Jenkins.
• Strong knowledge of test planning, test case design, regression testing, and test documentation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
