Job Descriptions:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities for 3D model updating and Plant Change document management.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule, deliverables list, and work progress reports. Coordinate with the client and project team to clarify Plant Change requirements, scope of work, and technical issues.
• Monitor project progress to ensure all drawings and documents are updated within the agreed timeline.
• Manage manpower and ensure dedicated personnel are available to support project requirements.
• Review project deliverables to ensure compliance with client standards, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Monitor the updating and conversion of drawings and documents, including quality checks and database verification.
• Coordinate the submission of updated drawings and documents for client review and acceptance.
• Ensure completed Plant Change document reports and deliverables are submitted according to project requirements.
• Monitor project issues, technical clarifications, and outstanding deliverables, and coordinate the necessary follow-up actions.
• Ensure compliance with PETRONAS data confidentiality, cybersecurity, and information security requirements throughout project execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a SmartPlant Foundation (SPF) Administrator.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen.
• Relevant experience in project coordination and data management services would be an advantage.
