Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests during check-in and provide a warm farewell at check-out, ensuring an excellent guest experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with hotel standards and brand values.
• Review VIP arrivals and complete pre-arrival arrangements to ensure a seamless stay.
• Promote and upsell rooms, dining outlets, hotel facilities, and special packages.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and special requests in the hotel system.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and service excellence.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide guests with accurate information on hotel services, facilities, and promotions.
• Ensure smooth shift handovers and maintain effective communication within the Front Office team.
• Support departmental goals related to guest satisfaction, room upgrades, and revenue generation.

What we are looking for:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, guest-focused personality.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Malaysian citizens only.
