Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand patients’ aesthetic concerns, medical history, treatment suitability and expectations.
Develop personalised treatment plans based on clinical assessment and informed consent.
Perform aesthetic treatments within your qualifications, competence and applicable regulatory requirements. Procedures may include cryolipolysis, fractional CO₂ lasers, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections and Sculptra, depending on your credentials and the clinic’s services.
Explain treatment benefits, limitations, risks, potential downtime and aftercare clearly.
Review patients’ progress, monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans where clinically appropriate.
Maintain accurate medical records, consent documentation and follow-up plans.
Recognise and manage complications promptly, with appropriate escalation or referral.
Collaborate with management, clinic staff and aesthetic consultants to improve patient care and support responsible business growth.
Deliver a warm, respectful and professional patient experience while protecting confidentiality.
Requirements
Fully registered with the
Singapore Medical Council (SMC)
and holding a
valid Practising Certificate
.
A medical degree recognised by SMC.
Relevant procedure credentials and Certificates of Competence where required under applicable SMC guidelines.
A commitment to patient safety, ethical practice and evidence-based treatment.
Experience in aesthetic medicine is preferred, particularly skin rejuvenation, pigment lasers, IPL and non-surgical skin tightening.
Strong consultation, communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, adaptable and collaborative approach.
Self-motivated, attentive to detail and committed to ongoing learning.
Working Arrangement & Career Development
