Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Maintenance Supervisor di BON FOOD INDUSTRIES Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery and equipment.
• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance schedules.
• Install, maintain, and repair production machinery and plant facilities.
• Diagnose equipment faults, replace or repair defective components, and conduct testing and adjustments.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance activities in accordance with ISO standards and company procedures.
• Follow up on maintenance work orders and ensure timely completion of identified repairs.
• Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and plant facilities.
• Perform basic cutting and welding works when required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment in compliance with company safety procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety regulations will be an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis.
• Must be willing to work in Kapar, Selangor.
• Own transport is required.
