We are looking for a passionate, customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our automotive workshop team. You will be responsible for attending to customers, recommending suitable vehicle servicing and repair solutions, preparing quotations, and converting enquiries into sales.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, service-minded, and results-driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to build customer relationships and drive workshop sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers’ repair and servicing requests, assess their needs, and recommend suitable services.
• Prepare and maintain service documentation, including work orders and SAP records.
• Assist customers with vehicle check-in and check-out for repairs and servicing.
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction with all repair /service activities.
• Ensure prompt, professional, and efficient customer service at all times
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, innovation, and workplace productivity
• Monitor repair progress and provide timely updates to customers on job status.
• Promote teamwork, cooperation, and a positive working culture within the workplace.

Job Requirements:

• NITEC / Diploma in Automotive Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Sales-oriented, with the ability to recommend services and achieve sales targets.
• Good customer relationship management and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is an advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance
• A valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence is preferred
