key responsibilities:

Drive regional integrated marketing initiatives, content strategy, and brand visibility across digital and traditional channels.

• Lead multi-channel campaign strategies and regional product rollouts to boost audience engagement and pipeline growth.
• Oversee and strategise the brand's creative marketing functions, which includes campaigns (offline and online), marketing colleterals and showcases (both B2C and B2B).
• Direct and develop a regional team of marketing communications and digital media specialists to drive performance.
• Oversee campaign content creation, event planning, and regional branding consistency across all touchpoints.
• Manage regional agency vendors, expenditure budgets, and campaign implementation timelines.
• Analyze campaign KPIs to evaluate performance and align tactics with regional brand goals.

qualifications and experience:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant business discipline.
• At least 8 years experience in REGIONAL marketing execution, including hands-on team leadership for a B2C/Retail brand.
• Exposure to point of sales materials (POSM) in retail stores is essential.
• Proven track record managing multi-market campaigns, event logistics, and vendor partnerships.
• Strategic project management capabilities with excellent stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to managing complex timelines.
