All sushi food products prepared in compliance under standardized recipes and portion volume.
Participate in the preparation of ingredients and menu items.
Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen equipment, storage and preparation areas, as well as the work surfaces. according to the hygiene and cleanliness standards.
