Job Summary
You will assist Senior Photographers in capturing baby photos, editing images, managing orders, and supporting sales and customer service activities in a retail photography setting.
Responsibilities
Dress and pose babies safely and comfortably for photoshoots to capture high-quality images
Edit photos using Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and other digital media software to produce print-ready files
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business
Respond promptly and proactively to customer queries and requests to ensure satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to support efficient operations
Follow up with customers regarding their photo orders to ensure timely delivery and accuracy
Update and manage the Order Management file to track customer orders and workflow
Participate actively in Trade Fairs and Roadshows to promote photo packages and services
Operate DSLR cameras with basic proficiency to assist in photography tasks
Use Microsoft Word and Excel effectively to support administrative and order management duties
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Dependable team player capable of working independently and collaboratively
Presentable and well-groomed appearance suitable for customer-facing roles
Cheerful and friendly disposition to create a welcoming environment
Ability to communicate gently and effectively with newborn babies
