Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
• Arrange, replenish, and display products neatly according to company standards.
• Check product expiry dates, labels, barcodes, packaging, and product conditions.
• Ensure all products are properly priced and displayed with the correct price tags.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the Supervisor when stock is low or replenishment is required.
• Assist in receiving goods and checking quantities against delivery documents.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the outlet is tidy, organised, and safe at all times.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and provide friendly customer service.
• Support cashier operations when required, including scanning items and handling payments if authorised.
• Follow company SOP for stock arrangement, product handling, promotions, and daily operations.
• Report damaged, expired, missing, or incorrect items to the Supervisor immediately.
• Assist with stock counting and stock take activities when required.
• Ensure promotional displays and product arrangements are maintained according to company instructions.
• Work together with outlet team members to achieve daily operational targets.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
