Position: Technical/Service Executive

Report To: General Manager

Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance service for BAS & ELV System as scheduled & agreed with the customers;
• Laise with Admin dept on Purchasing & Logistics functions;
• Prepare service report & secure customer acceptance signature;
• Attend to customer calls and complaints;
• Prepare proposals for system upgrading;
• Supervise subcontractors for effective service, where applicable;
• To perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior from time to time

Qualifications:

Dip/Bachelor of Information Technology / Dip/Bachelor of Computer Science / Dip/Bachelor of Electronics & Electrical Engineering

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
