Senior Physiotherapist – Full-Time Clinic Role
Rapha Physiotherapy | Central & North-East Singapore
Good physio. Good people. Hopefully good kopi nearby.
At Rapha Physiotherapy, we believe physiotherapy should be more than putting a hot pack on someone, giving them three exercises and saying:
“See you next week!”
We believe in understanding the person, finding out what is actually limiting them, and helping them get back to the things that matter.
For some, that's returning to sport.
For others, it's getting back to work without pain.
And for some, the ultimate rehabilitation goal is simply:
“I want to walk downstairs, buy kopi and come back without my knee complaining.”
Perfectly legitimate goal.
Our philosophy is simple:
We Care. We Rehab. We Empower Lives.

️️ The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join us in a full-time, clinic-based role in Central and North-East Singapore.
No driving around Singapore from one patient's house to another.
No carrying a treatment bed everywhere you go.
You'll be based in our clinics, treating a varied caseload and helping patients get back to doing what they love.
Your caseload may include:
Musculoskeletal • Sports Injuries • Post-operative Rehabilitation • Neurological • Geriatric • General Rehabilitation
One patient might be a weekend warrior whose knee decided that playing football at 40 was a bad idea.
The next might be an uncle with back pain who insists:
“Last time army I can carry 30kg leh.”
We know, uncle. We know.
And occasionally you'll meet the patient who has already diagnosed themselves after watching three TikToks and asking ChatGPT.
Your job is to figure out what's actually going on.
---
What You'll Be Doing
You'll conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, establish appropriate clinical diagnoses and develop individualised, evidence-based treatment programmes.
You'll monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans appropriately rather than simply repeating the same treatment because “last session also like that.”
You'll also educate patients about their conditions, exercises, injury prevention and lifestyle modifications so that rehabilitation continues outside the clinic.
Clinical documentation, communication with other healthcare professionals and maintaining high professional and safety standards are naturally part of the role.
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you'll also have opportunities to contribute to clinical standards, share knowledge and mentor junior physiotherapists and students.
Basically:
Treat well. Think clinically. Teach generously. Don't anyhow.
---
Who We're Looking For
You'll need a recognised degree in Physiotherapy and full registration — or eligibility for registration — with the relevant professional body in Singapore.
We're ideally looking for someone with several years of clinical experience who is confident assessing and managing a broad range of conditions.
You should have:
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Experience developing individualised rehabilitation programmes
• Good hands-on and exercise prescription skills
• Excellent communication with patients and families
• Good clinical documentation habits
• Commitment to evidence-based practice
• Confidence working independently while still enjoying being part of a team
• A willingness to continue learning and developing professionally
• Experience mentoring junior therapists or students would be a bonus
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely cares about their patients.
Because patients probably won't remember whether you prescribed 3 × 10 or 3 × 12 reps.
But they'll remember whether you listened to them, understood what mattered to them and helped them get their life back.

️ Why Rapha Physiotherapy?
We want to build a place where physiotherapists can practise good physiotherapy.
Not conveyor-belt treatment.
Not treating patients like appointment numbers.
Not:
Ultrasound → exercise sheet → “Next!”
We believe good rehabilitation combines clinical reasoning, evidence-based treatment, exercise, education and — most importantly — understanding the human being sitting in front of you.
You'll work alongside a team that values learning, collaboration and professional development, while treating a diverse Singaporean patient population.
Some patients want to return to running.
Some want to return to golf.
Some want to carry their grandchildren.
Some just want to squat down at the hawker centre without wondering whether they'll ever stand up again.
Whatever their goal:
Our job is to help them get there.
If that sounds like the kind of physiotherapist you want to be, we'd love to hear from you.
