Role Description This is a full-time/ Contract, on-site HR cum Accounting role based in WP Kuala Lumpur. The role involves managing day-to-day human resources operations, including employee records, onboarding and offboarding processes, coordination of employee benefits, and support in implementing HR policies and procedures. The HR cum Accounting team member will assist in basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, expense tracking, payroll support, and maintaining accurate financial documentation. The role also includes coordinating administrative activities, supporting compliance with local labor and financial regulations, and preparing regular HR and accounting reports for management. Collaboration with internal departments and external service providers is expected to ensure smooth HR and finance operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management to handle day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Management and HR Policies to support HR strategy implementation and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Benefits to administer and communicate benefits programs effectively.
- Candidates should have basic accounting skills, including bookkeeping, invoice processing, payroll support, and financial record maintenance.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees, management, and external partners.
- A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in HR and accounting roles, particularly within SMEs or technology-focused companies, is an advantage.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, HR or accounting software) is beneficial.
