About the Role
Golden Dunya Sdn Bhd is looking for an outgoing and confident Sales & LIVE Commerce Executive to join our Ginergy team.
If you enjoy talking to people, making sales, being on camera and trying something different every day, this role could be for you!
What You'll Do
- Introduce and sell Ginergy products to customers.
- Approach customers and explain products in a friendly and simple way.
- Host LIVE selling sessions and present products on camera.
- Answer questions and interact with viewers during LIVE sessions.
- Follow up with customers and support promotions and events.
- Work with our remote LIVE support team for comments, orders and online sales.
- Keep simple sales records and share customer feedback with the team.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing and comfortable talking to customers.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and willing to do LIVE selling.
- Good spoken Bahasa Malaysia; English is an advantage.
- Interested in sales, social media, health & wellness or consumer products.
- Willing to learn and able to explain products clearly.
- Responsible, reliable and self-motivated.
No LIVE-selling experience? No problem!
Experience in sales, retail, customer service, TikTok LIVE, events, F&B, beauty or wellness is an advantage, but not required. Training will be provided.
What We Offer
- RM2,500 – RM3,000 basic salary
