The Role
As an Overnight Deli Cook, you'll be a vital part of our kitchen team, responsible for preparing high-quality deli products for all our Singapore outlets. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for food. You'll work during the night to ensure our cafes are fully stocked with fresh, ready-to-serve items by morning.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Preparation & Production: Accurately preparing ingredients and assembling a variety of deli items, including sandwiches, salads, and wraps, according to Paris Baguette's recipes and standards.
Quality Control: Ensuring all products meet our high standards for freshness, taste, and presentation.
Inventory Management: Assisting with checking and managing stock levels of ingredients, reporting any shortages.
Cleanliness & Safety: Maintaining a clean and organized work station and adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
