Kerja Sepenuh Masa PROJECT COORDINATOR, Gaji tinggi SGD 2,300 di TIKI INTERNATIONAL ENTERPRISES PTE LTD East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Scopes:

1) To coordinate with site representative on all project and site operation.

2) To prepare and verify drawing/technical specification for adequacy.

3) Follow up progress on sale requisite form, delivery note and goods receipt.

4) To coordinate and liaise with Main Contractor and make necessary reports and recommendations to the management on the contractual works.

5) Assist to plan/monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.

6) Provide support to the project bidding process and authority submissions.

7) Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

8) Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

9) All related tasks and duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

1) With 2 years' experience or minimum some knowledge of ironmongery will be taken into consideration.

2) Able to operate in Microsoft office like Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.

3) Effective communication skills including verbal written and presentation skills.

4) With or without Singapore Class 3 driving licence.

5) Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

6) 5 days’ work week, Monday to Friday.

7) Able to start immediate.
