Kerja Sepenuh Masa Forwarding Clerk, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,300 di HT Logistics Sarawak - Maukerja

Job Requirements:

• Has own transport as role requires moving around between office and locations.

Preferred Requirements:

• Candidates with prior work experience in the field of supply chain and logistics. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Forwarding & Customs Clearance

• Prepare customs documentations (e.g. K1, K2, K3, K8) and review completeness of shipping documents for import or export customs clearance.
• Timely submission of customs declarations to Customs offices at port / airport / other Customs checkpoints e.g. free industrial zone. Note: our office is located at Sejingkat.
• Track status of declarations and expedite if required. Address Customs' concerns as and when necessary.
• If necessary, to stand-in at Senari terminal to disseminate convoy notes to accountable haulier / transporter.

Site Representation

• Supervise container devanning at 3rd party site as and when required.
• Tally and validate container contents to ensure alignment with packing list.

Administrative

• Timely compile and upload into online depository endorsed / completed shipping documents for billing and invoicing.
• To assist HT Maintenance with payment and collection of spare parts in Kuching.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
