About the Roles

We are seeking a Production Supervisor for a dairy products manufacturing environment based in Tuas, working on a 5-day schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–8:00pm) in a permanent position. This role offers a competitive salary package with shift allowance and performance bonus, along with the opportunity to lead production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting. The position requires commitment to structured shift work and a strong focus on operational efficiency at the Tuas facility.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Line Leaders and Production Operators to achieve daily output, efficiency, and productivity targets
• Organise manpower deployment and manage 12-hour rotating shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays
• Coach Line Leaders in onboarding and training new employees on work procedures, equipment handling, and quality standards
• Support troubleshooting activities and coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve technical issues and minimise downtime
• Oversee smooth execution of batching, dumping, and packing operations across production lines
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, GMP, food safety, and quality compliance standards
• Verify product sampling, in-process quality inspections, production records, and Navision data entries
• Maintain housekeeping standards including 5S practices, waste management, and recycling initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, quality, and workplace safety

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Prior exposure to food manufacturing will be an added advantage
• Proven ability to lead Production Operators and Line Leaders effectively
• Basic understanding of production machinery, maintenance processes, and troubleshooting activities
• Familiarity with GMP, food safety, and workplace safety requirements
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
