Job description

- Prepare shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, arrival notice, declare import and export permit

- Liaise with Customer for their shipment

- Check rates and negotiate with carriers

- Communicate with overseas agents for shipments

- Prepare job instructions to haulier and Transport Dept

- Update customer inventory in our warehouse

- Send tally sheets to customers after shipment arrived and unstuffed in our warehouse

- Prepare Warehouse release order for cargo release or pick up by Customer from our warehouse

- Prepare invoice to bill customers

- Any others duties assigned by management

- Knowledge of excel, google sheet would be advantage

- Knowledge of sysfreight is added advantage.
