Job Requirements:

• Excellent command of the English language, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Willing and able to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule, including weekends, public holidays, overnight shifts, and midnight hours.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing shift schedules and operational requirements.

• Work location: Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur (easily accessible via MRT and LRT).

• Entry-Level Opportunities Available:

  • Degree holders: Minimum 5 months of contact center experience.

  • Diploma holders: Minimum 2 years of contact center experience.

  • SPM holders: Minimum 5 years of contact center experience.

• Able to commence employment on 19 October 2026.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally via phone calls and email.

• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer queries and concerns.

• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high service quality standards.

• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex cases when necessary.

• Accurately record customer interactions and update relevant systems and databases.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during all customer interactions.

• Meet individual and team performance targets, including service levels and customer satisfaction metrics.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer requests and issues.
