Must indicate require at least 3 years in precision machining experience and/or precision sheet metal manufacturing

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Knowledge of SPC.7QC TOOLS, FMEA, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001

Good communication and PR skills

To ensure that the product or service an organization provides is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance and customer expectations

Act as company's System Representative for the quality and management systems

To coordinates the activities required to meet quality and environmental standards

To monitor and advise on the performance of the quality and environmental management system, produce data and report on performance, measuring against set standards

To liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the quality and environment system are functioning properly

To advises on changes and their implementation and provides training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality

To establish a company's quality and environmental procedures, standards and specifications

To review customer requirements and ensuring they are met

To work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers

To monitor the performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports

To supervise Quality department subordinates to achieve company quality and environmental mission

Appointed the Scheduled Waste Competent Person for the factory operations.

Responsible to manage the overall scheduled waste related matters and to report to the top management on the resource requirement, compliance status and other performance data on regular basis
