Degree in Civil Engineering, Property Development, Town Planning, Urban Planning, Regional Planning, Project Management, or an equivalent qualification.

Minimum 10 years of working experience in property development and project management, preferably specializing in planning and land administration.

Experience in land administration with a consulting background is an added advantage.

Strong project management skills across all project phases, particularly in planning and land-related matters within a multidisciplinary environment.

Proactive with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent report writing skills with strong verbal and written communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Strong leadership qualities, high integrity, and the ability to think flexibly and resourcefully.

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to manage diverse coordination and project management challenges.

Responsible for planning the development of existing and future projects.

Develop relevant planning policies, legislative frameworks, and applicable laws during the early stages of project development to provide strategic advice on town planning requirements.

Participate in the preparation and administration of budgets to support the realization of the master plan and project implementation.

Assist in developing work plans to achieve project milestones and planning timelines.

Handle negotiations with local authorities and third parties on planning-related matters, including strategies for cost savings and approvals such as Kebenaran Merancang, land acquisitions, and land transfers.

Responsible for land administration services and provide technical guidance to other departments on land-related matters.

Monitor and manage the company's land assets by maintaining strong relationships with local authorities and overseeing land titles, land searches, and related matters.

Develop, maintain, and update a centralized land information database in compliance with statutory rules and regulations.

Oversee and ensure the timely payment of quit rent and assessment fees.

Safeguard the confidentiality and accuracy of land-related information and records.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior or Management.
