Kerja Sepenuh Masa Equipment Maintenance Engineering Manager (Wet Process- Plating), Gaji tinggi MYR 20,000 di Executive Compass Kedah - Maukerja

Responsible for equipment supporting chemical processing and metallization operations used in advanced substrate manufacturing, including:

· Surface preparation and chemical treatment systems

· Chemical cleaning and treatment equipment

· Metallization and plating systems

· Conveyorized wet process production lines

· Chemical delivery, filtration, circulation, and dosing systems

· Automated process control and monitoring systems

· Related utilities and environmental control systems

The role requires strong expertise in chemical process equipment reliability, corrosion control, fluid handling, automation, and process-critical manufacturing systems.

Education

· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Automation, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.(chemistry or physics)

· Master's Degree is an advantage.

· Minimum 8 years of experience in Equipment Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.

· Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.

· Experience in semiconductor, IC substrate, advanced packaging, electronics manufacturing, or related industries.

· Proven experience in equipment reliability improvement, asset management, and operational support.

· Experience supporting customer audits, qualifications, and technical escalations is preferred.

Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• equipment maintenance : 10 years (Preferred)
• Semiconductor industry working: 8 years (Preferred)
• Wet process or plating equipment: 8 years (Preferred)
