Role Description :

We're looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to join our team and bring two beauty brands, SUANN and theadorableyou, to life across social media.

From brainstorming fresh content ideas to filming and editing engaging short-form videos, you'll play a key role in shaping how our brands connect with their audiences online.

• Content Ideation: Develop creative content ideas, concepts, and social media strategies tailored to each brand's identity and target audience.
• Content Creation: Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
• Trend Spotting: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, viral formats, memes, and emerging content styles, and identify opportunities to adapt them for our brands.
• Content Planning: Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
• On-Site Content Production: Capture product videos, beauty content, behind-the-scenes footage, campaign activities, and event highlights when needed.
• Brand Storytelling: Translate product features, brand values, and campaign objectives into relatable and engaging content.
• Performance Monitoring: Track content performance, analyse engagement and reach, and use insights to improve future content.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, launches, promotions, and other brand initiatives.

• Experience in social media content creation, videography, and video editing.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current social media trends.
• Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent software.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and execute them independently.
• Good understanding of social media storytelling, hooks, audience engagement, and short-form video formats.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
• An interest in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and lifestyle content is a plus.
• A portfolio or examples of previous content work are highly encouraged.
