Maintain accurate documentation of assessment results, therapy plans, interventions, and outcomes.
Provide recommendations for assistive devices and equipment as needed for enhanced mobility and functionality.
Contribute actively to case discussions within the care team for holistic client management.
Offer guidance and support in training Therapy Assistants to uphold quality standards in therapy delivery.
