About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our team. You’ll work across marketing strategy, campaigns, content creation, design, social media, and e-commerce to grow the brand and bring creative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
• Develop creative concepts and content for social media, EDMs, website, ads, and other digital platforms.
• Design social media posts, banners, EDMs, advertisements, and other marketing collaterals.
• Create and edit short-form videos, Reels, and other social content.
• Write engaging marketing copy for campaigns, social media, product launches, and website content.
• Manage the social media content calendar and monitor content performance.
• Keep up with digital trends and adapt relevant ideas to suit the brand.
• Update website banners, product pages, and promotional content.
• Assist with product photography, campaign shoots, events, pop-ups, and brand activations.
• Analyse campaign performance, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and digital marketing.
• Creative, organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and productivity.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopify, Google Analytics, or EDM platforms is an advantage.

Bonus

• Experience in jewellery, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
• Basic photography or videography skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, content, design, or marketing campaigns.
