Role Description The Lifting and Logistic Head is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, responsible for leading all lifting operations and logistics activities for the company’s projects. The role oversees planning, coordination, and execution of material handling, equipment lifting, and transportation to ensure safe, efficient, and timely delivery to project sites. This position manages logistics schedules, supervises warehouse and yard operations related to lifting equipment and materials, and ensures compliance with safety regulations and company procedures. The Lifting and Logistic Head collaborates closely with project managers, procurement, and site teams to optimize resource utilization, minimize downtime, and maintain accurate records of inventory and material movements. The role also drives continuous improvement in lifting methods, logistics workflows, and vendor performance.
Qualifications

• Candidate should possess strong skills in Logistics Management to plan, coordinate, and optimize lifting and transportation activities.
• Candidate should possess skills in Supply Chain Management to align procurement, delivery schedules, and project requirements.
• Candidate should possess skills in Inventory Management to track equipment, materials, and lifting accessories accurately.
• Candidate should possess skills in Warehouse Operations to organize storage, handling, and dispatch of project materials and equipment.
• Candidate should possess skills in Procurement to work with suppliers and service providers for lifting equipment and logistics services.
• Relevant experience in construction, steel structure, or heavy lifting environments, including crane and rigging operations.
• Good knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to lifting operations and logistics, with a strong focus on risk management.
• Proven leadership and people management abilities, with strong communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and use logistics or ERP systems to support decision-making.
• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
