Roles -
Handle end-to-end shipment operations including booking, documentation, tracking, and delivery.
Coordinate with forwarders, and overseas agents to ensure timely cargo movement.
Monitor status updates and proactively communicate any changes or delays to customers.
Prepare and submit quotations for freight services (FCL, LCL, air freight, customs clearance, local delivery).
Respond to RFQs and rate enquiries promptly and accurately.
Verify documents like Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Delivery Order, Arrival Notice
Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations, port authority requirements, and Incoterms.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in relevant fields
Working experiences in shipping documentation, processing of import and export documentation
Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
Positive attitude, diligent and detailed oriented
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
