Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in multimedia production, preferably with exposure to corporate functions and events.

• Strong skills in photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent professional video editing software

• Skills in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator are advantageous

• Experience operating cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and other multimedia production equipment.

• A strong creative portfolio showcasing photography, videography, graphic design, and video editing work.

• Good communication, time management, and project coordination skills.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

• Willing to work after office hours, weekends, or public holidays when required for corporate events.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience supporting corporate events, annual dinners, company launches, exhibitions, and management functions.

• Familiarity with social media content formats and digital marketing requirements.

• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to translate corporate requirements into engaging visual content.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Executive with experience in corporate functions and events to support the Group's multimedia production and corporate communication activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for video production, photography, graphic design, and the development of engaging visual content for corporate events, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce, edit, and refine videos for social media and digital platforms.

• Generate high-quality, creative, and engaging video content that captures audience attention.

• Develop new ideas for video content, promotions, and digital campaigns.

• Monitor and understand current video trends on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

• Create video content relevant to current trends and aligned with company identity.

• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent professional video editing software.

• Produce various types of content including short videos, promotional videos, product videos, social media videos, and creative content.

• Assist with recording, filming, and preparing multimedia materials as needed.

• Research and propose new video ideas, concepts, techniques, and styles.

• Collaborate with the team to produce engaging and high-quality content.

• Ensure all tasks are completed within set deadlines.

• Experience in creating contents for corporate functions and corporate events.
