Brief Summary:

We are seeking a Regional Finance Manager to lead finance and accounting operations across the Asia region, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence in financial practices.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic partner to subsidiary leaders and finance teams.
• Design and implement effective finance policies and practices, ensuring compliance with corporate objectives and standards.
• Collaborate with finance divisions to align policies with business requirements.
• Oversee financial projects such as acquisitions and mergers.
• Manage operational risks related to finance and accounting activities.
• Review financial statements and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities.
• Supervise tax compliance and optimize filing processes.
• Monitor treasury activities, including cash management and capital funding.
• Provide financial guidance for investment strategies and decision-making.
• Enhance accounting policies and internal controls to drive operational efficiency.
• Mentor and develop finance capabilities within the team.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and value-added initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CA preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, including tax.
• At least 5 years of experience in the APAC region, preferably with multinational organizations.
• Strong understanding of financial regulatory compliance in Singapore.
• Proven experience with financial restructuring and corporate transactions.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential data with integrity.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.
