Position: Beauty Sales Specialist

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

As a Beauty Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales growth while creating memorable customer experiences that reflect the Nectar Life brand. You will inspire customers through personalized product recommendations and contribute to a positive, high-performing sales culture.

What You'll DoCustomer Experience & Sales

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create engaging shopping experiences.
• Build strong relationships with customers through personalized product recommendations.
• Drive sales by actively promoting products across all categories.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Product Expertise

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Nectar Life products.
• Share product benefits, ingredients, and usage recommendations with customers.
• Stay updated on new launches and industry trends.

Team Collaboration

• Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment.
• Inspire and support fellow team members through knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, motivation, and sales excellence.

Work Schedule

• 5-day work week
• 9-hour shifts (inclusive of a 1-hour meal break)
• Retail hours, including weekends and public holidays where required
