Key Responsibilities
Carry out quantity take-off and cost estimation based on drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and conduct cost comparison analysis.
Prepare tender submissions, cost proposals, budgets, and commercial evaluations.
Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Prepare and administer subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost reports, tender summaries, and commercial documentation.
Monitor project costs and maintain project cost reports throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare, submit, and negotiate progress payment claims with clients, consultants, and contract administrators.
Prepare and submit variation order (VO) claims, extension of time submissions, and related commercial correspondence.
Evaluate, verify, and certify subcontractor and supplier payment claims.
Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on contractual and commercial matters.
Assist in project budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
Maintain proper records of contracts, claims, variations, correspondence, and project commercial documents.
Assist in the preparation and negotiation of final accounts and project close-out documentation.
Utilise Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to manage project documents, drawings, RFIs, RFAs, submissions, transmittals, and commercial records.
Support project teams in maintaining accurate project information and workflows within ACC.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
