Kerja Sepenuh Masa Wet Process Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 12,000 di Versatile Creation Kedah - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise wet chemical processes, including wet etching, desmear, copper plating and surface treatment.
• Monitor process parameters and improve product quality, yield and process stability.
• Troubleshoot process issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Support process validation, DOE, equipment qualification and new product introduction.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or a related field.
• 3–8 years of relevant process engineering experience.
• Experience in wet chemical processes, PCB/HDI, IC substrates or semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of SPC, DOE, FMEA, 8D and Cp/Cpk is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
