Role Description The Technical Sales Specialist (Geospatial & Drones) is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients to understand their operational needs and recommending suitable DJI Enterprise and geospatial solutions. The specialist will conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up on leads to drive sales opportunities. Daily responsibilities include providing pre- and post-sales technical support, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill orders, and maintaining accurate records in the sales pipeline. The role also includes educating customers on best practices, attending industry events or client visits, and contributing feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong Technical Sales and Sales skills to identify customer requirements and close opportunities effectively.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and deliver clear product information.
• Experience in Technical Support for drones, geospatial tools, or related technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot and guide users.
• Familiarity with geospatial applications, mapping, surveying, or UAV operations is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya and conduct client meetings, demonstrations, and field visits when needed.
• Comfort with CRM or sales tracking tools and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
• Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, geospatial science, IT, or a related field is an advantage, as well as any drone-related certifications.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
