Job Scope: Program Staff

• Supervise and ensure the safety of students with special needs.

• Assist students with daily living skills, meals and personal care.

• Conduct learning activities, arts and crafts, and life skills programs.

• Support students' behavioral and emotional needs.

• Prepare activity materials and maintain a clean, safe environment.

• Assist with daily administrative duties and communicate with parents when required.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth centre operations.
  
  Requirements

  • Patient, caring and responsible.

  • Reliable, punctual and committed to work.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Willing to learn and work with individuals with special needs.

  • Experience in special needs care or student care is an advantage but not required.
