We are looking for an experienced SSO / IAM Production L2 Engineer to join a production security team supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management platforms in a banking environment.


Project Scope

  • Support and maintain SSO and Identity Management platforms across production environments.
  • Monitor platform availability, performance, and capacity, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
  • Manage production changes, deployments, and enhancements in line with established procedures.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure stable, secure, and reliable services.


Key Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with CA SiteMinder Web SSO.
  • Experience with IAM provisioning tools such as BMC Control-SA, SailPoint, or ForgeRock.
  • Strong knowledge of LDAP, SAML, Kerberos, SSL/TLS, and PKI.
  • Experience with web technologies such as Apache, Tomcat, IIS, or Nginx.
  • Scripting or automation skills using Python, Shell, or Ansible.
  • Strong incident management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and API security is an advantage.
