Job Overview

Our client, a well-established organization within the automotive financing industry, is

seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Executive, Auto Finance to join its team on

a 6-month contract basis. The role is responsible for promoting auto financing

products, developing and maintaining relationships with dealers and business partners,

driving financing business growth, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal

candidate is sales-driven, relationship-focused, and eager to build experience within a

dynamic financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company's auto financing products and services to

customers, dealers, and business partners.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Operations Managers (OM),

Sales Heads (SH), Sales Advisors (SA), dealers, and other stakeholders.

• Generate new financing applications and achieve assigned business targets.

• Ensure the quality and profitability of financing assets and portfolio growth.

• Provide accurate product information and financing solutions based on

customer needs.

• Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

• Follow up on financing applications and coordinate with relevant departments to

facilitate timely processing and approvals.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify

business opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory

requirements.

• Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, dealer visits, and promotional

activities as required.

• Prepare and maintain accurate reports, customer records, and sales

documentation.

• Travel within the assigned area to support business development activities

whenever necessary

.Requirements

Education & Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in

any discipline.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Auto Finance Sales, Banking, Financial

Services, Automotive, or any related industry.

• Candidates with experience in hire purchase financing or automotive financing

will have an added advantage.
