Job Summary

You will handle orders received via phone, WhatsApp, and emails, respond to enquiries, submit quotations, receive goods, issue invoices, and manage warehouse inventory with accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Process orders received through phone, WhatsApp, and email to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries to provide clear and helpful information
• Prepare and submit quotations to customers to support sales and order confirmation
• Receive and verify incoming goods to maintain inventory accuracy and quality control
• Issue invoices accurately to facilitate timely billing and payment collection
• Manage warehouse inventory by maintaining precise records to support stock control and reporting
