Job Description:

• Strong hands-on experience in AWS architecture and engineering.

• Proven experience designing highly available, multi-Region and disaster-recovery solutions on

AWS.

• Deep knowledge of AWS networking, compute, containers, databases, storage, security and

monitoring services.

• Experience with database resilience, replication, backup, failover and data-consistency

patterns.

• Experience with Kubernetes, containers, microservices and event-driven architectures.

• Practical experience with Terraform, AWS CloudFormation or another infrastructure-as-code

platform.

• Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability and operational automation.

• Experience leading offshore or geographically distributed engineering teams.

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives independently from assessment through

implementation.

• Desirable: Working knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI architecture, including LLMs,

RAG, vector databases, agent orchestration, guardrails and AI evaluation
