We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Executive to support our HR operations and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare HR correspondence, including offer, confirmation and other employment letters.
• Liaise with the Malaysian Bar Council and other external parties on HR-related matters, including relevant submissions, documentation and follow-ups.
• Maintain employee records and monitor attendance, leave and probation reviews.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and assist with benefits administration.
• Support recruitment, interview coordination and onboarding of new employees.
• Support employee relations and the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and performance reviews.
• Assist with HR reporting and day-to-day administrative matters.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
• Working knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Organised, attentive to detail and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services organisation would be an advantage.
