Job Summary

You will perform cleaning and housekeeping duties in the school’s Administration Block, support event setup and logistics, and assist with general administrative tasks as assigned by the Administration Manager.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain rooms within the school's Administration Block to ensure a hygienic environment
• Arrange tables, chairs, and refreshments accurately for school programmes and events to support smooth operations
• Prepare goodie bags and assist with logistics arrangements to facilitate event readiness
• Follow instructions from the Administration Manager to complete additional assigned duties efficiently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience supporting school operations
• Ability to perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties effectively
• Ability to assist with event preparation and logistics support
• Previous experience reporting for work at 7:00 AM or earlier is preferred

Working Hours

• Three days a week: 7.00am to 4.00pm (inclusive of 30 minutes’ lunch break)
