We are supporting a growing medical device business. This is a regional commercial role covering sales, marketing, business development and strategic partnerships across multiple markets. The position will drive sales & work closely with distributors and external partners while helping to develop longer-term commercial capabilities across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth, pipeline development and commercial performance.
• Develop market and account strategies across assigned countries.
• Manage and develop distributors, including performance, forecasting and go-to-market plans.
• Build relationships with hospitals, clinicians, KOLs, procurement teams and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Identify new accounts and opportunities to expand adoption of medical technologies.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to support launches, customer training and commercial execution.
• Provide market intelligence and translate competitive insights into actionable strategies.
• Own regional commercial reporting and forecasting and key growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of medical device industry experience
• Strong background in sales, product management, business development, alliances or commercial strategy.
• Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
