POLYTRON.AI, a subsidiary of VIZZIO, leads the way in AI-powered LIVE 3D camera technology with a patented special-purpose embedded chip that generates "*************D Video," creating real-time virtual spaces.

Role Purpose:

POLTRON.AI is seeking a commercially driven, entrepreneurial Growth Manager to develop new business, grow strategic customer relationships, and contribute directly to revenue and market expansion. The role sits at the intersection of business, technology and relationships — you do not need to bean engineer, but you must be technology- and AI-savvy enough to understand emerging solutions and articulate their business value with confidence. This isa role for someone who creates opportunities rather than waits for them.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Competencies

• Identify, develop and pursue new business across VIZZIO’s target industries and markets, building a qualified pipeline through prospecting, referrals, partners and industry engagement
• Lead consultative, solution-based selling — diagnose the customer’s real business problem, build compelling value propositions, proposals and business cases, and manage negotiation through to contract closure
• Maintain disciplined pipeline ownership, accurate CRM records and reliable forecasting; meet or exceed agreed sales, pipeline and revenue targets

2. Account Management

• Build trusted relationships across customer organisations — from operational and technical stakeholders through to senior management and C-suite
• Develop structured account plans for priority customers and strategic prospects, and identify cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
• Sustain durable engagement beyond individual deals, coordinating closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Engineering and Delivery so that customer commitments are realistic and are kept, through to a smooth handover into delivery

3. AI & Technology Savvy

• Maintain strong working fluency in AI, Generative AI, Computer Vision, Digital Twins, 3D/geospatial and cloud/enterprise technologies relevant to VIZZIO’s business
• Translate technical capability into business outcomes customers can act on — credible in both boardroom and technical conversations
• Use AI tools productively in day-to-day selling — account research, market analysis, proposal development and meeting preparation — and continuously build personal knowledge of emerging technology relevant to VIZZIO’s markets

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3–7+ years in B2B/enterprise sales, business development, key account management or solution selling, with a demonstrated record of revenue growth
• Experience managing a structured pipeline and CRM discipline across multiple concurrent opportunities; strong executive presence and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or a related field preferred (equivalent commercial experience considered in lieu)
• Prior exposure to AI, Digital Twins, Computer Vision, SaaS, smart infrastructure or complex B2B technology sales is advantageous; APAC/EMEA market experience is a plus
